The Barn is privately situated in the grounds of a 17th Century Thatched Cottage. The M1 (junction 16) and M40 (junction 11) are approximately 10 minutes drive.  Banbury, Warwick, Leamington, Stratford,, Rugby, Coventry, Northampton, Silverstone, Towcester, Milton Keynes, Banbury, Oxford, and the Cotswolds are all nearby, and even London and Birmingham are easily accessible by car or train.

On the doorstep is beautiful rolling countryside, and within walking distance Boddington resevoir with carp fishing and home to Banbury sailing club.  There are many pubs serving food nearby, including the prestigious Butchers Arms at Priors Hardwick.

The accomodation consists of a living room with double height vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows on to a garden view. Off the Living room is a kitchenette and separate ensuite, with a double shower.  Upstairs there is a comfortable double bed room, with double bed.  The Barn is circa 300 years old and has been subject to a recent complete renovation. The best of the older features have been retained, and are now complimented by the latest contemporary style and furniture. For entertainment, there is a big screen LCD TV and a Music system. Internet access can be arranged via a network cable.  No smoking is allowed.

Outside you are welcome to use the grounds and sit in the evening sun.

There is secure parking available in the grounds, but please be aware that our driveway is a little narrow.
